I don't know if this is like a real problem but I just... I can't do some of the poses anymore. Like my balance is SO BAD sometimes and my knees Kinda hurt when I bend all the way. And I'm supposed to be like, a yoga teacher, like I TEACH people this stuff. It feels so dumb to say out loud, like what am I gonna do, just pretend? My job is basically bending and stretching and sometimes I just can't. It's really embarrassing.
