i just keep replaying that faculty meeting—the way they totally glossed over dr. ellis's work after he tried to engage us, instantly pivoting to like… the new assistant profs' publications—and i dont know why i feel so IRRITATED... it's not even my research... but it feels like a microaggression? or something... it's late and my toddler is probably gonna wake up soon anyway...
