does anyone else ever just... look at their phone and feel like they’re gonna throw up? like not just a little bit but like actually gagging because of a notification? i’m sitting here in my room and the sirens outside are so loud and the train is shaking the whole building and i just can’t even breathe because i saw that person's name pop up again on the screen and i know what it says even though i didn’t click it. i haven't clicked it in like three months and every time i see that little red bubble i just want to throw my phone off the roof and never look back at this city ever again.
